REGISTRATION : Participation fees
(including personal liability insurance fees)

Adult workcamp * (18 years and older)
• 2 week session : association membership fees 20 € + registration fees 80 € = 100 €
• 3 week session : association membership fees 20 € + registration fees 110 € = 130 €

* These rates do not include : round trip travel expenses, personal expenses for health needs or eventual repatriation, insurance in case of theft of your personal belongings.

Registration will be effective and definite as soon as we have received your participation fees. Foreign participants must pay for their stay in euro, by international money order. Confirmation will be sent to you some days after the payment has been made. Before the start of each workcamp, each participant will receive an information letter about the stay (the meeting place and time of arrival, the animator’s telephone number, time tables for local transportation...).

CANCELLATION :

On our part : another workcamp will be proposed to you. If not, yhe reimbursement of the registration fee is total.

On your part : within the 20 days preceding the workcamp, there will be no reimbursement. In other cases, the sum paid for the association membership (20Euros) will remain in the hold of the association.
